Siege Perilous Auction in UWSP Town (March 28th 4 PM EST)

Hello everyone!
It's been a while since we last held an event in UWSP Town. So we thought about trying to organize an event that could be both fun and useful for all the citizens of Siege. And so here I am to announce:

The first Siege Perilous Auction in UWSP Town.

Yes, you understood correctly: we will try to organize an auction open to everyone, just like it used to be done a few years ago (thanks to the hard work of the Gilfane guild).
Since this is the first time we're organizing an event like this, there might be some unexpected issues, so we ask for your patience if that happens.

Below you will find the auction rules:

Rules for Sellers

You may leave the item you want to put up for auction in the mailbox located at the Auction House in UWSP Town, placing it inside a bag. Inside the bag you must also include a book containing the following information:
The name of the character who should receive the gold from the sale
How we can contact you (forum, Discord, etc.)
The starting price you want the auction to begin from�

For the first auction, a total of 30 item slots will be available. Our goal is to include one item per seller, so that as many players as possible can participate.
If you would like to sell more than one item, you can place multiple items in the bag. In the book, please indicate which item should have priority for the auction. If there are still open slots after the first selection, we will also include the additional items you placed in the bag.
If you prefer not to leave your item in the mailbox, you can contact me here on the forum or on Discord, and we can arrange a meeting to hand over the item directly.
The deadline to deliver item that you want auction is the saturday of the week before the auction.
Starting from the day after the auction, we will contact you to arrange a meeting to deliver the gold from your sale.

Rules for Buyers

The auction will take place at the Auction House in UWSP Town.,
During the auction, if you want to place a bid you must use the Yell command in-game, so that everyone inside the auction house can see your offer.,
You may ask another player to bid on your behalf, but bids made outside the game will not be accepted.
Items will only be delivered after all auctions have concluded. If you are in a hurry, we can also arrange a meeting in the following days to deliver the item you won.
For bids below 1 million gold, the minimum increase is 50k (smaller increases will not be accepted).
For bids above 1 million gold, the minimum increase is 100k (smaller increases will not be accepted).
Auction Close Rule,
If no new bids are received for roughly 10 seconds, the auctioneer may begin the closing call.
The auctioneer will call "Going once... Going twice... SOLD."
After the word SOLD, no additional bids will be accepted.
The journal timing will be used as the source of truth�

Failure to Pay: If the winning bidder cannot complete payment, the item will be offered to the second-highest bidder. If this happens three times within an auction year the bidder will be banned from future participation
Once the auction for an item ends, we will place a spellbook on the vendor for the exact amount of the winning bid. The spellbook will contain a code that allows us to verify that it was issued by us. Since the spellbook is blessed, it cannot be stolen, allowing you to safely continue participating in the remaining auctions.,
Once all auctions are finished, you will need to go to the indicated tele-tile. After showing the spellbook, you will be added as a friend of the house, allowing you to access the floor where your item will be delivered (after handing over the spellbook purchased from the vendor).
Once the item is delivered, you may send it directly to your bank using a Chest of Sending, or if you cannot use it, with a Bag of Sending.
After the delivery is completed, you will be removed from the house friend list and kindly asked to leave the house. If you do not leave voluntarily, we will have to ban you from the house to ensure the safety of all trades.
For EJ players the delivery will be done at a later date and location, because they cannot be friended in houses.

General Rules

There will be a VIP area for players who want to enjoy the auction in a more luxurious setting. There are 4 VIP seats available, and reserving one will cost 250k gold.


All VIP seat proceeds will be donated the the NEW guild to help new players on Siege.
For each auction, priority for VIP reservations will be given to players who did not reserve a seat in previous auctions. If fewer than four new players request a VIP seat, players who previously reserved one may book again.
Attacking, stealing, or disrupting the event is strictly forbidden. Anyone violating these rules will be banned from the auction house.
Our guild cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost items, so we kindly ask you to attend without valuable items. We will do our best to guarantee the safety of the items being auctioned.

We had a few questions about the auction of Trained Pet so i will add here the update of the rules:

For who wants sell trained pet:
The seller need to send us a picture of all the lore pages of the pet that want sell at the auction, so we can put them in the list of auction items. When it is time for the pet's auction, the owner will be able to take the pet out of the stable and display it during the auction. Once the auction is finished, the owner will place the pet back into the stable.

For who wants buy trained pet:
The buyer will purchase the spellbook from the vendor, and at the end of the auction we will complete the trade at the auction house: the seller will give the pet to the buyer (who can place it in the stable using the hitching post), and we will transfer the payment to the seller.
