I have one to give to you. The tricky part is that we both have to be in-game at the same time.

Drop it off at the loot house in a bag with a book who its for.  Im usually on when one or the other is on.

It's in a Purple bag with a book titled For Kael. I locked it down on the first floor by the north wall. Enjoy!
