looking for a very good alchemy talisma , paying well

i have a talisman with 24 alchemy . i dont believe a talisman for alchemy exceptional exists . (if im wrong there please inform me)

if anyone has better than 24 ill pay well . if you have the library talisman for 30 alchemy ill pay extremely well .
(or any 30 for that matter)
