There seems to be a lot of threads started by spam bots today.

I updated the forum software to the newly released version last night, and I think the anti-spam verification mod may have been disabled in the process. It should be working again now. Even so, spam registration has been on the increase in recent months. I have modified the verification question slightly, which may help, and if necessary I'll add another.
