I need to set up my computer to run the mouse with my left hand. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I am right handed but will be having shoulder surgery on my right shoulder soon. I will likely not be able to do much at all with my right hand for a short while. I was thinking that it might be a good idea to do this before I actualy get the surgery to try and get used to it. Since I will have some time to kill while recouperating, I would like to be able to try to play UO. Thanks.

I picked up some rather nice loot at an IDOC yesterday. I grabed a bag with gold skulls amongst other items.
What are the gold skulls used for?
