Greetings,
Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback on the cost of the contest houses. We will be updating Origin & Baja this afternoon to reflect new prices. Izumo will receive updated pricing with its next normally scheduled maintenance.
The cost of these homes for Siege Perilous will be reflective of the increased value of gold on Siege compared to production shards.
The new costs for new homes will be as follows,

The price for the keep is close to what it cost to build on test. My castle there cost 1.8mill to build. I am keeping what I have as I cannot get on to see what the insides are. Well, there is next time, unless they let us build our own.
Of all the pictures we have seen of real castles, were there any two alike?

Aye, those are the prodo prices.
The picture above shows the prices on Siege.
Is it possible to change a current castle to these designs, or do we have to drop the original castle and place the new design?
I think you change design in the house sign menu.
But read up on it first because apparantly there were some issues involving the first floor.

Yes if you are changing your current castle/keep to one of the winners you need to EMPTY the ground floor since the current castles/keeps do not have plots but the winning ones do. Any items on the ground floor will be LOST under the plot when you change over.
Thank you, Tjalle and Zardoz, for the helpful information. That sounds a bit scary to me.
They closed down the conversion part and are trying to fix it.
I would wait a while before doing it to make sure the bugs are gone.
