I think these are just general locations. They are still random.

I could be wrong, but I think this information is obsolete.
The rune book is definitely NOT at O'Malley's.
I helped make that set on Chessy. We picked random spots on all facets to make getting to different locations easier. Once they made them random and on all shards, the old set became obsolete. Gareth, myself, and others marked locations on UOAM and then went out and marked those locations in game. The entire set on Chessy (since there is tram and fel) is over 90 runebooks. These books do exist. I have to find them again.
