From reading a little on the main page it sounds like a free server as they promote one of the illegal programs to use to play.
Plus on the bottom it says: This site is in no way associated with or endorsed by EA.".

We got a new expansion and facet which they keep adding content to every now and then.
And yup, the champs continue to die. ;)
