Where have the turn in people moved to from Luna?   I also have the links to what can be turned in and rewards.

I was in Luna today and it looks like they have all moved back to the city.  Now we wont have to keep chasing Yonns to hand in things.

They have wandered off since the stranger attacked and you have to hunt for them outside the town now. Efforts are being made to get the powers-that-be to do something.
