My oldest account is only around 5 or so. Can I still lock it down and use it?
Im just shy of 6, i cant lock it down, but I can use them. same with gem carts etc. But someone older is gonna have to lock it down for you.
I dont know of thier values guys, so gimmie whatever you think is fair.
