You can set uoam to not show castles or houses. Do this. There is a way if you place a castle on a group of players that it tries to show in the game and uoam at the same time. Thus lagging your comp or conn. Maybe disconn. Not sure if TnT is doing this or not, or exactly how it works. I wasen't around last night. All I know for sure is i set my map not to show houses and it doesn't work on me.
