Um...so yeah, I know I'm slow and stuff...but where is the option for me to enter the info for a sig?

Click on PROFILE, one of the tabs below and to the left of the Search function, then select Forum Profile Information from the list of links under Modify Profile on the left of page....scroll down and you'll see a box to put your signature.
